This Privacy Policy covers treatment of personal information by absolutelyparents.com that AbsolutelyParents gathers when you are on the AbsolutelyParents’ website and when you use AbsolutelyParents Services. You may provide the following additional information in your Profile section : child’s/children’s name(s), child’s/children’s due date or birth date(s), child’s/children’s gender, child’s/children’s school and support group. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional but enables you to benefit other features of the site like newsletter subscriptions.

You may invite others to connect with you in AbsolutelyParents through the “Email it” service. The information you provide, including the message and name and email address of your contact will be used by AbsolutelyParents to send your invitation. (a) Social sharing of Content and data:

(b) Profile information:

AbsolutelyParents allows other users to browse your first name, family name, country, gender, date joined, work status, school name, topics of interest and products (Products that you can’t live without). In addition, the additional profile information that you choose to provide and choose to make public is viewable by both users and members. AbsolutelyParents may also add on any page a display of the total counts that page has been viewed. This includes member profile pages.

(c) Friends Data:

Much like other social services, AbsolutelyParents allows non-friends to browse through your friends' profiles and activities.

(d) Customised Content:

We may use information collected to improve the Content of our Site and to customise your experience on the Site.

(e) Communications

AbsolutelyParents will communicate with you through emails and notices on the website. We may also send you customised newsletters and / or promotional information unless you opt out of receiving such information.

AbsolutelyParents does not warrant how third-party search engines will update their cache.

(e) Automatic or aggregated information

We may provide aggregated or automatic information data about the usage of our Services to third-parties for such purposes as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate. We may therefore segment our users by their personal information, including but not limited to, age, gender, location, school, work status, topics of interest, products, support groups and parenting stage.

(f) Combined Services

AbsolutelyParents may partner with online or other services to give you the combined results of both services. In this case, your personally identifiable information will be passed from AbsolutelyParents to the partner to offer you the combined services.
